TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The following Terms and Conditions relate to the terms of business between When Poppy Met Daisy (The Business) and any existing or prospective Client ("The Client") in relation to the attendance by the Client for any dressmaking, pattern drafting, alteration or any course which is offered by the Business to an existing/prospective Client.
- Every client shall be deemed to have read the terms and conditions of business and shall be obliged to tick the box to reflect his/her agreement and understanding which appears at Clause 20 below
- The Business and Client will agree in advance the dates and times upon which the Client shall for any course. It shall be the sole responsibility of the Client to ensure that he or she attends at the allocated date and time.
- Where any client either arrives late or is required to leave the course for any period of time, that that time shall be at the expense of the Client
- Where any Client fails to attend at any course where that Client has enrolled, then the Client shall forfeit the course or part of the course for that particular day
- All courses must be completed within 12 months from the date of the original booking
- Clients may not use Groupon deals or any other deals as a set off or seek to substitute any offer for any other course other than the course to which the offer relates. All courses which are offered for purchase by the Business must be purchased and used within the specified period of time or the offer will expire. Clients who have purchased a Groupon or Living Social Deal are directed to read the terms and conditions of business. No refund or credit facility will be given where an offer has expired.
- All courses operate on a first come first serve basis.
- Every client shall purchase each course in advance and shall be required to sign an attendance sheet at each attendance. Where a Client attends for the first time for the purpose of attending a course, then he or she will be required also to confirm that he or she has read and understands the terms and conditions set out herein
- Where any client fails to attend at the allocated the responsibility of the individual to attend the class/workshop at the correct time/date
- Dates and venues may be subject to change.
- Classes will only take place where three is a minimum of four people present. The Business will endeavour to advise Clients of cancellations where there are not sufficient attendees. In this instance, then the Client will be credited for that course or portion of a course which was cancelled at the direction of the Business.of four people.
- There is a minimum 3 weeks cancellation policy for each course/workshop. Written confirmation of the agreement by the Business to the cancellation is required in order for the Client to defer attendance. All courses are non refundable.
- Individuals may not store sewing materials/machine on the premises. However, Clients should note that the Business does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage, howsoever, occasioned to any item or belonging damaged whether during attendance by the Client at a course or otherwise
- Every Client will be trained and provided with adequate Health and Safety Guidelines to avoid injury himself or herself in the course of using any sewing machine, scissors, or any object associated with
- The management does not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any person while attending as a guest visitor or invitee on or the premises or partaking in any course provided by the Business at any venue. (This exclusion extends to courses and private parties)
- Hen parties and all corporate events must be finalised two weeks prior to event and paid in full. There will be no refunds available for non attendees on the day.
